Eastman Board Declares Dividend and Approves Additional $300 Million Share Repurchases
The Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable April 1, 2011, to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2011. The Board of Directors also approved the repurchase of up to $300 million of Eastman common stock.
