Postmedia Network Files Preliminary Non-Offering Prospectus
Postmedia Network Canada Corp. (“Postmedia” or “the Company”) announced today that it has filed a preliminary non-offering prospectus with securities regulators in all of the provinces of Canada except Quebec and has concurrently filed an application to list its Class C voting shares and Class NC variable voting shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”). Listing of the shares on the TSX will be subject to the Company fulfilling all the listing requirements of the TSX, including meeting all of the TSXs minimum listing requirements.
