OfficeMax Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
OfficeMax Incorporated (NYSE:OMX), a leading provider of office and facility supplies, technology and services, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.02 per common share, payable on November 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 1, 2013.
