Alcoa Appoints Two New Directors; Stan O’Neal and Michael G. Morris to Join Company Board of Directors

Alcoa (NYSE:AA) announced today that the board of directors has appointed Stan ONeal, 56, former chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch, and Michael G. Morris, 60, Chairman, President and CEO of American Electric Power Company,one of the largest electric utilities in the United States, to its board of directors. The appointments are effective immediately.
