FUJIFILM Corporation (President & CEO: Mr. Shigetaka Komori) has acquired 100% of the stocks of IP Labs GmbH, a German photo service software provider, through its European affiliate FUJIFILM Europe B.V.
The Internet Service company docdata today announces that it has increased its interest of 30% in the issued share capital of Pegasus e-Business GmbH in Münster (Germany) with an additional 40% to a majority share interest of 70%. The balance sheet and the income statement of Pegasus e-Business GmbH will be included in the consolidation of docdata starting 1 January 2008.
Stora Enso will record non-recurring items (NRI) with a total negative net impact of EUR 402.5 million on operating profit in its fourth quarter 2007 results. The NRI will have a positive tax impact of EUR 112.4 million. The EUR 177.2 million cash impact of the NRI will materialise as the associated actions occur.
