Napier Environmental Technologies Inc.: Sale of Intellectual Property
Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSX:NIR) (“Napier”), a provider of coating removal and wood restoration products utilizing environmentally advanced technology, reports that it has signed a term sheet, for the sale of its intellectual property (“IP”) outside of North America (Canada, USA and Mexico), with Freeworld Coatings Global (JSE:FWD) (“Freeworld”) for $5.25 million in cash.
