Management Board, under approval by the Supervisory Board, has today decided to propose to the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on 15 May 2008, to decide to withdraw 308,850 ordinary shares (nominal value of EUR 0.10 each) of the own shares held by the Company at this moment. The issued share capital will decrease as a result of this from 7,308,850 ordinary shares to 7,000,000 ordinary shares.
