HP Reports Third Quarter 2008 Results
— Third quarter net revenue up 10%, or $2.7 billion, from a year earlier to $28.0 billion — Third quarter GAAP operating profit up 20% to $2.5 billion; $0.80 earnings per share, up from $0.66 a year earlier — Third quarter non-GAAP operating profit up 20% to $2.7 billion; $0.86 earnings per share, up from $0.71 a year earlier — Strong third quarter cash flow from operations of $3.4 billion
