Hapa Appoints New Area Sales Director

Hapa-Laetus Inc. (Rockaway, NJ) has announced the appointment of Christopher W. Anderson as Area Sales Director for the Northeastern USA, for the Hapa range of just-in-time printing equipment. Working in collaboration with and reporting to Steve DiAngelis, Director for North America, Christopher will be based out of Hapa’s offices in Rockaway, New Jersey.

Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ:ADSK) today announced preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended October 31, 2008. Based on preliminary financial data, the company expects total revenue to be in the range of $604 million to $607 million.

Pitney Bowes Engineering Director to be Honored by Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame

Maria Parkos, an engineering director of Pitney Bowes Inc. Metso Paper will start personnel discussions regarding the temporary lay-off of all personnel at the Air and Chemical Systems unit and Metso Paper Turku Works Oy, both located in Turku, Finland. These lay-offs result from a reduction in the amount of work, caused by changes in the schedules of projects in the order backlog.
