IBM Extends U.S. Tender Offer for ILOG

IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has extended its tender offer in the United States for all outstanding ordinary shares (including shares represented by American Depositary Shares (ADSs) held by any holder, wherever located) and warrants of ILOG (NASDAQ: ILOG) (PARIS: ILO) until 12:00 noon, EST, on November 24, 2008. The tender offer in the United States was originally scheduled to expire at 12:00 noon, EST, on November 17, 2008.
