International Paper Declares Dividends

International Paper (NYSE:IP) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share for the period from Jan. 1, 2009, to March 31, 2009, inclusive, on its common stock, par value $1. This dividend is payable on March 16, 2009, to holders of record at the close of business on Feb. 16, 2009.

BÖWE BELL + HOWELL, BÖWE Group’s North American subsidiary, will sell its scanner business to Eastman Kodak Company

The BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanner business has always been operated as a rather autonomous entity and was not fully integrated into the worldwide sales and service network of the BÖWE Group. In 2008, the Scanner business generated revenue of approximately $32m USD and was profitable.
