Reference is made to the announcement of 10 June 2014 regarding expected closing of the acquisition of Milanuncios.com, a Spanish online classifieds site. The acquisition was announced 13 February 2014, and it was filed with the Spanish Competition Authority (CNMC) on 24 April 2014.
Standard Register (NYSE: SR), a leader in workflow, content and analytics, has been honored for the tenth consecutive year by Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) with the Masters of Quality Supplier Award for its specialty labels. The award was presented by DTNA’s Sean Taggart, supplier management quality engineer, to employees at the company’s Radcliff, Kentucky, specialty label printing facility.
Seventy percent of North American printers continue to operate in the black even as top-line challenges in sales remain. Printers participating in this years’ Ratios Survey attained average profit rates of 2.6 percent on salesdown slightly from 2.7 percent last year. This is still above the trailing 12-year average profit for all printers of 2.0 percent.

FESPA, the global federation of national associations for the screen printing, digital printing and textile printing community, has appointed two new Board Members; Thomas Struckmeier and Christophe Aussenac. The appointments were approved by the General Assembly of FESPA’s 37 member associations in Bangkok, Thailand, this month.
Bob Deis has been promoted to Designated General Manager at NELA-USA. He will assume the role of GM on Jan1st, 2014. Bob joined NELA in June of 2000 as Engineering Manager when NELA opened their plant in the Twin Cities, Minnesota.
