Meredith Corporation (NYSE:MDP) announced today that Katherine C. Meredith passed away yesterday at the age of 82. Mrs. Meredith was the wife of former Meredith Corporation Chairman E.T. Meredith III, and the mother of D. Mell Meredith Frazier, current Vice Chairman of the Meredith Corporation Board of Directors. Mrs. Meredith also served as President of the Edwin T. Meredith Foundation.
