Canon Latin America, Inc. Integrates Into Canon U.S.A., Inc.

Tuesday 06. January 2015 - Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, today announced the merger of Canon Latin America, Inc. into Canon U.S.A., Inc. (CUSA). Canon Latin America's corporate operations will be integrated into the CUSA Latin America Group located in the Canon Americas Headquarters in Melville, NY. This change will enable CUSA to better leverage corporate resources and infrastructure and better serve the needs of customers and dealers within these markets.

As for logistics, the operation will remain in Miami and will be operated by Canon U.S.A. Logistics division.
