Chemical has announced the signing of an asset purchase agreement with Graphic Packaging International, Inc., a subsidiary of Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) to purchase certain assets and liabilities of Handschy inks, coatings and varnishes business. Handschys customer lists, formulations and trademarks are included in the agreement.
