Ringgården AS holds 100.000 shares in Schibsted and will at registration of the completion of the rights issue hold 172.000 shares with full allocation.

Tieto has extended its operations in Latvian IT market by acquiring a part of Affecto’s business in Latvia and taking over customer contracts in public, finance and other areas, with the exception of Affecto Latvia’s insurance business.

Saab acquires the entire share capital of TietoSaab Systems

Saab has acquired Tieto Oyj’s 60% of the shares in TietoSaab Systems Oy. After the transaction, the earlier joint venture TietoSaab Systems will be fully owned by Saab.
