HH WINS EXCELLENCE AWARD IN E-BUSINESS CATEGORY
Monday 06. July 2009 - HH has been awarded the prestigious BPIF PrintWeek Excellence Award in the category of E-Business for its HHub technology and Store Profiling solution.
Award commentary
The internet, email and other electronic resources can cut costs and turnaround times and improve performance. Entrants needed to show the aims of their e-strategy, how it was implemented and what was achieved.
HH Associates’ web portal proved pivotal in the firm being able to offer marketing services that go further upstream than traditional print management. HHub provides HH customers with campaign and project planning, artwork approval, document compliance, digital asset management, pre-flighting and full reporting.
The judges were impressed with the business benefits that the system could bring to HH’s clients, which included slashing campaign lifecycle from 56 to three days and an average reduction of over printing of materials by 40-50%. The system was designed to integrate with third-party e-procurement packages, including ARIBA, and to provide a pan-European solution including full localisation and support of multiple currencies and languages.
Another aspect which drew praise from the judges was the firm’s attention to detail in the planning process and the phased implementation of client projects.
Having implemented the system with one retailer with a 2,000-strong branch network, HH subsequently to deploy solutions for different sectors, services and scales of operation.
