arvato services acquires logistics arm of ComBase group

arvato services, one of Germany’s leading logistics contractors, has acquired the logistics division of the insolvent ComBase group with immediate effect. The Karlstein-based company supplies distribution services to mobile communications providers, in particular to the Telefónica O2 Germany telecommunications group.
