Annual General Meeting of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG for financial year 2008/2009 approved all items on the agenda with clear majority
Around 1,700 shareholders today participated in the Annual General Meeting of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) for financial year 2008/2009, which was held at the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim. Approximately 57 percent of the company’s share capital was represented at the meeting.
