READER OFFER PIONEER, TIMSCRIS, UNDERGOES MANAGEMENT BUYOUT
TIMSCRIS, the leader in the UK Reader Offer catalogue sector, has announced it has recently undergone a successful vendor-initiated Management Buyout (MBO). The Directors of the new company are Matthew Rogers (Managing Director), Paul Harris (Marketing Director), James Oakenfold (Sales Director), and Jane Gates (Director). All directors of the new company – TIMSCRIS Holdings Limited – have been part of the senior management team of TIMSCRIS for many years. The MBO signals the completion of a process which begun after the untimely death of TIMSCRIS founder and managing director, Chris Gates, in August 2008.
