Xerox Declares Dividend on Common and Preferred Stock
Xerox Corporation’s (NYSE: XRX) board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 4.25 cents per share on Xerox common stock. The dividend is payable on July 30 to shareholders of record on June 30.

UPM PLANTS TREES TOGETHER WITH CHILDREN AND STAKEHOLDERS
UPM has invited schoolchildren and other stakeholders to plant trees as part of the companys annual tree planting day. UPMs tree planting day, which was organised for the first time last year, takes place on May 21 in most locations. This year, the company organises tree planting day events in Finland, Russia, UK, USA and Uruguay.
