Rochester Software Associates Unveils Version 14.0 of WebCRD Web-to-Print

Thursday 24. September 2026 - Rochester Software Associates (RSA) is excited to announce the release of New Version 14.0 WebCRD, the latest web-to-print software, at the PRINTING United Expo 2026. This highly anticipated upgrade will be showcased at Booth N6315 September 23-25, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

WebCRD 14.0 introduces a suite of powerful new features designed to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity for print service providers.

New Version WebCRD 14.0 Includes:
• NEW Real Time Sales Tax Calculation (Avalara/Vertex) – Cost estimate is taxed correctly per the recipient location, Sales tax is reported separately in order-based reports
• NEW Real Time Ship Rates from UPS-FedEx-USPS – Current ship rates shown along with ship methods, Customer selects best rate and method based on needs
• NEW Guest Users – Allows for customers with no account to browse, Home Page and Catalog Searching
• NEW Dashboard – Built-in Current Status and Helpful Reports, Additional Custom Status or Reports built as Professional Services
