New system for direct room humidification
Friday 05. June 2026 - With Vita Power, Condair introduces a new generation of high-pressure nozzle humidification for applications directly in the room. For the first time, the new system integrates digital services with IoT functions and presents an expanded humidifier portfolio.
The new Condair Vita Power high-pressure nozzle system is designed for industrial applications as well as demanding workspaces and office areas with medium to high humidification requirements. The system is suitable both for individual retrofits in existing buildings and for integration into new buildings.
A new core element of the Vita Power system is a centrally installed, multi-stage water treatment unit designed to ensure safe and hygienic humidification operation. The modular design of the integrated water treatment system enables flexible capacities from 100 liters per hour up to a maximum of 500 liters per hour. Via multiple filtration stages, a reverse osmosis membrane, deionization units and UV sterilization, the system produces germ-free, demineralized water. The pressure of up to 70 bar required for the high-pressure nozzle humidifiers is provided by frequency-controlled high-pressure pumps and corresponding distribution systems designed to ensure optimized overall energy consumption.
Expanded humidifier range
A newly developed humidifier range includes an expanded portfolio of spray heads and distribution concepts for a wide variety of applications. For the first time, high-pressure humidifiers with capacities from 0.9 liters per hour up to 53 liters per hour can be flexibly combined. The range extends from compact, especially quiet Vita Sky humidifiers with very low humidification output for sensitive applications to powerful Vita Stream systems for large-volume industrial halls. Different nozzle configurations, ring or branch lines, and wall- and ceiling-mounted installations allow Vita Power to adapt humidification precisely to spatial conditions and individual requirements.
Digital connectivity via Condair Connect
With Vita Power, Condair is expanding direct room humidification for the first time with its own end-to-end IoT connectivity and additional digital services. The central element is Condair Connect, a newly developed mobile app platform for connecting plant operation, monitoring and service. Via Condair Connect, Vita Power systems can be monitored and operated remotely, while relevant operating data can be continuously recorded and analyzed. Status messages, maintenance notices and fault messages are provided in real time, which can shorten response times, reduce manual inspection rounds and support predictive maintenance planning.

Vita Power is the first of a total of three new direct room humidification systems that Condair will combine into a new Vita product family by mid-2027.
