Fuji Seal to showcase integrated packaging solutions at interpack 2026

Thursday 07. May 2026 - Fuji Seal will exhibit at interpack 2026 (Hall 8A, Booth D60), from 7 to 13 May. The company will present its latest advancements across the entire value chain, including packaging, labelling and machinery solutions for food, beverage, dairy, home and personal care, beauty, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, automotive and industrial applications.

“Interpack gives us the chance to have practical conversations with industry stakeholders about where packaging is going next,” said Marieke Sauer-Ploegmakers, Managing Director Europe at Fuji Seal. “What we are showing this year reflects that clearly, from material developments, such as floatable and CPET sleeves, to machinery such as the PAGO systems and HS Shrink Tunnel. The common thread is helping customers improve performance, reduce impact and respond to changing market demands.”

Material solutions across multiple packaging formats
Fuji Seal will present shrink sleeve labels, pressure sensitive labels, spouted pouches and aPT_tube solutions at interpack 2026. These formats are used across food, beverage, dairy, home and personal care, pharmaceutical and industrial applications. As the inventor of the shrink sleeve label, Fuji Seal continues to develop sleeves that use less materials while maintaining functionality, application performance and shelf finish.

Current areas of focus include downgauging, floatable shrink sleeves that separate cleanly during recycling, and CPET sleeves designed to support a future Label-to-Label recycling model with up to 30% recycled content. Examples on show will also cover design-for-recycling approaches such as perforation, light-barrier materials, embedded material identification and mono-material structures.

Alongside these developments, pressure-sensitive labels are playing an increasingly important role for brands looking to strengthen shelf visibility and brand perception, while also balancing premiumisation, sustainability and functionality. Fuji Seal will highlight how its pressure sensitive label solutions help bring these requirements together within a single packaging format.

In flexible packaging, Fuji Seal’s spouted pouch range includes formats such as Fuji Pouch, inverted pouch, air handle pouch, flex pouch and mono-material pouch. The company will also present its aPT_tube, made primarily from PET, which can reduce virgin plastic usage by up to 90% while offering high barrier performance and high transparency.

b>Live machinery demonstrations at interpack
Fuji Seal will run live demonstrations of the PAGO R800 and PAGO L200 on the stand.

The PAGO R800 is a robust rotary labelling system for the application of self-adhesive labels to variety of product shapes and sizes. Capable of operating at speeds of up to 1,000 ppm, it is also designed for easy integration into any new or existing production line.

The PAGO L200 delivers precise front-and-back labelling on shaped containers. Flexible and robust, delivering high quality, repeatable label placement with unmatched accuracy while its high specification design also allows easy integration of coding and vision equipment.
Fuji Seal will also present digital demonstrations of the HS Shrink Tunnel and the E-Line.

The HS Tunnel is a steam-free system developed to reduce utility consumption and simplify operation. Compared with conventional steam tunnels, the HS Tunnel can reduce energy consumption by over 70%, water usage by over 85%, and CO₂ emissions by over 95%*. It also simplifies installation by removing the need for steam pipe infrastructure, boiler facilities and exhaust systems. The HS Tunnel has been designed by Fuji Seal to meet growing industry demand for eco-conscious and labour-saving equipment, particularly in markets where manufacturers face rising energy costs, water use concerns and operator shortages.

The ELine is the new generation linear sleeve applicator. Ideal for applications up to 300 bpm, it is designed for customers seeking a high quality solution that is also userfriendly, and costefficient. The new system provides multiple benefits to users, with a compact design ensuring a smaller machine footprint compared with alternatives; reduced energy consumption (achieved thanks to a new steam tunnel concept), and an intuitive HMI enabling easy operation.

Sustainability focus
Sustainability will be a major focus of Fuji Seal’s presence at interpack 2026. In Europe, the company has set an ambitious goal – validated by the SBTi – to reduce absolute scope 1&2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030 (using 2022 as a base year) and to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 25% within the same timeframe. This includes continued work on downgauging, floatable shrink sleeves, CPET sleeves and wider design-for-recycling principles across the packaging portfolio.

At interpack 2026, Fuji Seal will also highlight how features such as embedded material identification, light-barrier materials and mono-material structures are being applied in practice to improve compatibility with recycling systems

Brand owners and manufacturers are invited to visit Hall 8A, Booth D60 to discuss upcoming packaging projects and line requirements with the Fuji Seal team.

Fuji Seal is also taking part in the interpack SPOTLIGHT Forum, the stage on which global speakers share insights into packaging market trends. Each day of the show is dedicated to a different topic, and on May 12, that topic is innovative materials. Fuji Seal’s Nicolas Gallardo will host a session from 3:20pm – 3:40pm that day, exploring innovation beyond materials in real packaging applications – looking at how to truly to maximise quality, efficiency and compatibility with existing processes.
