Brazilian Printing Industry Projects to Surpass R Dollar 1 Billion in Business Deals at ExpoPrint & ConverFlexo 2026

Wednesday 18. March 2026 - The global printing and converting market has officially begun its countdown. Just days before its start, ExpoPrint & ConverFlexo Latin America 2026 is preparing to be the largest stage for strategic decisions that will guide the sector in the coming years. Its magnitude reflects a moment of economic growth and the resumption of major international agreements.

With 100% of its exhibition space occupied, the event, which takes place from March 24th to 28th in 3 pavilions at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, boasts robust numbers: five days of technological immersion, with more than 450 exhibitors presenting solutions from over 1,000 brands. The expectation is to gather more than 50,000 professionals from around the world. After generating a record R$1 billion in business volume in its last edition, the projection for 2026 is to surpass that amount, driven by the recovery of the retail sector and the technological renewal of the Brazilian industrial park.

Jorge Maldonado, president of Afeigraf, the organization behind the fair, highlights the milestone: “The market’s expectation has turned into certainty. We will have the largest ExpoPrint in history in terms of business volume and relevance. Those who are in the pavilions in March will have privileged access to opportunities and indicators of our economy,” he emphasizes.

“We are entering the final stretch with the certainty of a job well done in the organization. The three pavilions of the fair will be a true immersion in innovation in the basic industry, where the major transactions of 2026 will take place,” highlights Ismael Guarnelli, president of APS Eventos Corporativos.

Sustainability and Innovation on the Factory Floor

Beyond its strong financial impact, ExpoPrint & ConverFlexo 2026 promotes socio-environmental responsibility initiatives:

“Printing for Good” Movement: The fair’s industrial technology will be used in real time to produce items destined for charitable institutions in São Paulo;

“Sustainability and Graphic Intelligence” Congress: A space dedicated to strategic thinking and business. The congress will discuss vital topics such as innovation and eco-innovation, offering tools for the industry to adapt to global ESG goals;

“T-Shirt Factory and Sublimation Island”: Spaces focused on on-demand textile production and new agile production methods for entrepreneurs.

“PRINT Live”: The second season of the fair’s official podcast will be recorded directly from the pavilions, bringing together suppliers and entrepreneurs to discuss the future of the market.
