Flexa renews the Easy Laminator range

Friday 20. February 2026 - More control, automation and ease of use: the new Easy Plus, Easy Lite and Easy Air redefine the standards of professional lamination.

In large-format digital print finishing, the difference between a good job and a flawless result lies in the ability to make every process smooth, reliable and perfectly repeatable. It is along this direction that Flexa, a benchmark of Made in Italy excellence in the industry, introduces significant upgrades to its laminator line with the Easy Plus, Easy Lite and Easy Air models.

The goal of this renewal is clear: to make the daily work of print service providers more intuitive and, above all, free from margins of error.
At the heart of the update is the new touchscreen, now larger across the entire range. This is not just a cosmetic restyling: the new graphic interface has been completely redesigned to deliver a clearer and more user-friendly experience.

Among the key innovations is the possibility to store up to 20 preset settings. This function allows operators to instantly recall the correct parameters for each type of media, ensuring impeccable consistency from one job to the next while drastically reducing setup times.

The strengths of the new models
Easy Plus (Hot/Cold up to 140°C): The flagship model introduces digital visualization of the roller gap, an essential function for those seeking maximum precision in pressure and thickness control.
Easy Lite (heated up to 60°C or 120°C): confirmed as the versatile all-rounder, now enhanced with upgraded memory management and a larger display for total process control.
Easy Air (heated up to 60°C): the pneumatic model takes a significant step forward. In addition to the new touchscreen with dedicated graphics for temperature and speed settings, it introduces a heated top roller up to 60°C, offering greater application flexibility.

A feature shared across the entire range is the introduction of the Smart Pedal function. This system allows the upper roller to be lowered in a smarter and more practical way, giving operators maximum freedom of movement and precision during material loading.
