Chinas CI-FLEXO with EB printing test center will officially be established

Tuesday 05. August 2025 - In November 2025, Chinas first CI-FLEXO with EB printing test center will be officially established in Qingdao, Shandong Province. This base is led by Xian Aerospace Huayang Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. and jointly built with the industrys top manufacturers.

The base aims to promote the integration of Electron Beam curing (EB) technology and flexographic printing and lead the transformation and upgrading of the packaging printing industry towards green, digital and efficient.
CI-FLEXO with EB printing technology combines the flexibility of flexographic printing with the environmentally friendly and efficient characteristics of electron beam curing (EB). It has significant advantages such as zero VOCs emissions, instant drying, high adhesion, and low energy consumption. It is especially suitable for food packaging, pharmaceutical labels, high-end consumer products.
The establishment of this testing center marks a breakthrough in the field of green intelligent manufacturing in China’s printing industry and will provide an innovative model for packaging carbon reduction.
