Agfa-Gevaert reports on study aiming at focused growth

Tuesday 24. October 2017 - On August 23, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Agfa-Gevaert Group announced that it had requested the management to study how to best organize Agfa-Gevaerts HealthCare IT activities within the Group.

During the board meeting of October 10, 2017, the Board resolved that it is currently in the best interest of the Company and in the best interest of the Stakeholders at large, to commence with the envisaged reshaping of the Group by organizing the HealthCare IT activities into a stand-alone legal entity structure and organization within the Agfa-Gevaert Group, starting with Latin America and the Middle-East.
