New MadeToTag update offers more stability and reliable results

Thursday 16. March 2017 - axaio software, developer of automation solutions for PDF creation, printing and content correction workflows for the publishing and printing markets, announces the availablity of the MadeToTag update version 1.8.082.

axaio MadeToTag is an Adobe InDesign plugin for preparing and exporting InDesign files as tagged, accessible PDF/UA documents. With MadeToTag customers, faced with the request to deliver accessible PDFs, get a practical and solid tool, helping not to get lost in the complex acessibility processing procedures. Through various checks it is ensured, that reliable results are always achieved. Furthermore, PDFs generated with MadeToTag are based on the PDF/UA standard, which contains all important criteria for accessible PDFs.

In the new version 1.8.082, in particular the stability has been improved, so that even more reliable results can be achieved in print production or online publishing thanks to perfect accessible PDF/UA documents. Some existing functions have been reworked, among others the function ‘Optimize table of content’, to increase e.g. here the automatic search of table of contents in a document. Furthermore the ‘Anchored frame option’ has been adapted, and InDesign compatibility improvements have been made to ensure flawless handling of a wide range of documents. The new MadeToTag version increases the production safety enhancing the stability even more.
