Colibri GEF-ES wins BEST OF AWARD 2015

Monday 07. December 2015 - As an annual tradition, the "BEST OF" awards were handed out during the VISCOM show in Düsseldorf. Grafityp PVC-free print film Colibri GEF-ES eventually won the SPECIAL AWARD.

Earlier this year Colibri print film GEF-ES (unprinted as well as in combination with Mutoh UMS inks) already achieved the Indoor Air Comfort (IAC) certificate after a thorough evaluation by the independant research laboratory Eurofins.

It was the German department of printer manufacturer Mutoh who took the initiative to enter the certified product combination in this contest. The prize was eventually awarded to Grafityp and Mutoh, as they are once again amongst the pioneers with this product combination, which is the first one that can show a VOC emission certificate for digitally printed self adhesive films. With these products, they already meet the approaching and more severe EU regulation with regard to indoor air quality.
