With the DocBridge Pilot reporting module, Compart brings to market a comfortable and use-friendly software tool for statistical analyses in document processing. It delivers detailed and meaningful reports of key performance indicators (production quantities/throughput, paper consumption, postage costs, etc.) for all physical and electronic output channels.
One major advantage of the DocBridge Pilot reporting module is the ability to run individual analyses based on user-configurable parame-ters. They include:
• Output channel (incl. print, e-mail, archive, fax, E-Post, Web portal)
• Department/client
• Job type
• Customer
• Time (day, month, year)
• Document type
• Paper type
Tool for cost control and optimized production
The reports are available as graphs on a Web-based user interface or in table form. Users can generate views of partial quantities and cu-mulative overviews. This data is an important decision-making aid to help companies further optimize document production (e.g., save pa-per and postage) as well as detect trends in a timely manner.
