Thursday 11. December 2014 - With the new UVAHAND LED-UV specialist Hönle markets a high- intensive UV-LED hand lamp.

UVAHAND LED is applied whenever reliant, homogenous curing of UV reactive adhesives and sealants is needed. Main fields of application are joining glass, plastics and metals, assembling of electrical and electronic compounds, particle control in clean rooms, authenticity testing or fluorescent testing for quality control purposes. UVAHAND LED is available in different wavelengths and can thus be perfectly suited to any application.
Another advantage is that during development and design utmost attention was paid to user-friendliness. The result is a mobile curing unit which does not need an external power supply and, thanks to LED tech- nology, can be switched on and off as often as necessary. There is no need for warm-up or cooling phases, which is not only convenient but also energy efficient.
Usually, LEDs have a durability of more than 20.000 hours.
