MAKING PRINT AND MOBILE PUBLISHING MORE SIMPLE AT WAN-IFRA EXPO

Thursday 18. September 2014 - During WAN-IFRA Expo ProImage will be showing exciting new technologies to make print and mobile publishing more simple.

– Delivery to a wide variety of mobile devices
– Take a PDF to see how much ink you could save.
During next month’s WAN-IFRA World Publishing Expo, New ProImage Limited, best known for its global success providing print workflow solutions, will be demonstrating Proimage Eversify, a unique cloud-based system for content creation with delivery to a wide variety of mobile devices.
Also on show will be the latest version of the company’s ink optimization software OnColor ECO which features the newly developed DLC (Dynamic Low-ink Coverage) technology that further reduces the Total Ink Limit. OnColor ECO is available either in the Cloud or on-premise. “Bring a page PDF to our stand (11.220) to see how much ink you could save,” invites Izzet Edige, general manager, ProImage EMEA. “You have absolutely nothing to lose and a great deal to gain.”
Visitors will also be able to see ProImage Plate Sorting, a software solution that automatically pre-sorts plates prior to output. It is used to power Manroland’s APL at Allgäuer Zeitung’s new MAN press in Germany. It optimises plate production, interfaces with the press management system and maximises production efficiency allowing constant monitoring of plate sorter utilisation and status from anywhere, including the Press desk.
Finally, if your press is aging and maintaining accurate registration is time-consuming or difficult, ProImage has the perfect solution. The Hindu, one of the major English language newspapers in India is among the many printers with older presses that have installed ProImage Press Register, an innovative software solution that corrects mis-registration on a printing press without the need to physically touch the press. This too will be available on the ProImage stand, so if you are involved on producing newspapers it is an important stand to make sure you visit.
