Neenah Paper Declares Quarterly Dividend and Announces Annual Shareholders Meeting

Monday 05. May 2014 - Neenah Paper, Inc. (NYSE:NP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend will be payable on June 3, 2014 to stockholders of record as of close of business on May 16, 2014.
