Packaging Dynamics Corporation Announces Acquisition of Pac Paper

Tuesday 15. April 2014 - Packaging Dynamics Corporation (the "Company" or "Packaging Dynamics") today announced the acquisition of the business operations of Pac Paper, Inc. ("Pac Paper").  Pac Paper, located in Vancouver, Washington, manufactures and sells a broad range of specialty paper packaging products primarily for foodservice, food processing, agricultural, and industrial applications.
