HEXIS to restructure German operation

Monday 02. December 2013 - HEXIS S.A., the vinyl film manufacturer with headquarters in Frontignan, France, is about to restructure its German operation. The subsidiary HEXIS GmbH was established in 2007 with offices, warehousing and its national distribution centre and is based in Hilden near Düsseldorf.

For the company Germany is the biggest market in the Eurozone and in order to strengthen its position HEXIS have revised the internal structure of the organisation at the Hilden site. As part of the overhaul a new management team will be in place by the end of this year.
Michel Mateu, president of the HEXIS Group of companies, explains: “We have very high ambitions for the German market. I have decided to take this step to consolidate our subsidiary in Germany as part of our international expansion. The recruitment of the new management team is on its way and they will face the challenge of expanding in a very competitive market.”
In November HEXIS participated with great success in the VISCOM sign show in Düsseldorf introducing several new product lines.
The company’s distribution is based on direct sales with overnight shipping to end users and a team of 10 regional sales representatives.
HEXIS is a major manufacturer of self-adhesive sign vinyl and digital printing media used for sign making, vehicle markings and surface protection. The company pioneered their own process to produce high performance cast vinyl films and structured repositionable adhesives. The group exports almost 50% of its sales to some 50 countries worldwide.
