DuPont Declares Fourth Quarter Dividend

Monday 28. October 2013 - DuPont declared a fourth quarter common stock dividend of 45 cents per share payable Dec. 13, 2013, to stockholders of record Nov. 15, 2013. This dividend is the same as what was paid in the third quarter 2013. This is the 437th consecutive quarterly dividend since the company's first dividend in the fourth quarter of 1904.

Regular quarterly dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and 87-1/2 cents per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock also were declared, both payable Jan. 24, 2014, to stockholders of record Jan. 10, 2014.
