Nanovis: Prize winning eco-friendly cleaning – even for anilox rolls

Friday 18. October 2013 - The second appearance of NANOVIS at Labelexpo has fully met our ambitious goals. Not only the number of visitors to the stand exceeded our expectations, even the keen interest and the specific questions testified that we are on the right track. It was confirmed that environmental and sustainability issues become increasingly important for many companies even with cleaning processes.

On this theme, it was of special importance that NANOVIS was nominated with the NWC -1200 as a finalist for the “GLOBAL AWARD FOR SUSTAINABILITY “. Although the first prize went to Avery Dennison, we are proud of winning the second rank in recognition of our innovation in this important matter.
In addition to familiar faces, who have put the NANO CLEANER to successful use a long time ago, many new contacts – made aware about NANOVIS by the trade press – found the way to our stand. Their feedback on the performance and the size of the NANOCLEANER NWC -1200 has been very positive and we can expect several orders in the near future. As expected, the new module for cleaning anilox rolls generated enormous interest. This allows the NANOCLEANER clean the delicate anilox rolls. Thanks to the gentle NANOVIS principle this is happening environmentally friendly and without abrasive action on the precious pieces.
The new cleaning system for rotation cylinder “G-Wash 150” of our partners Grünig-Interscreen AG also at-tracted great interest. This system can optionally be operated with the cleaning agent of NANOVIS including its full recycling. Such, also screen printers can benefit from our environmentally friendly technology.
