Bell and Howell, NBS Technologies Announce Partnership

Bell and Howell, a leading global provider of multi-channel communications solutions for print, Web and mobile delivery, and NBS Technologies, the leading innovative solutions provider in the credit card, secure ID and card personalization industry, today announced a new North American partnership. Through their agreement, Bell and Howell will serve as the exclusive distributor of NBS Technologies’ Horizon and Horizon Evolution HD systems in the United States and Canada.

Bell and Howell will sell and service the full line of NBS Technologies Card Personalization and Secure ID solutions, inspection systems and software. All are engineered to NBS Technologies’ exacting standards, providing customers with the utmost ease of operation, reliability and scalability.
The NBS Technologies Horizon and Horizon Evolution HD card systems will be offered immediately through Bell and Howell in North America.

The Horizon Evolution HD is designed and well suited for the most demanding high-volume central issuance applications. Customers really appreciate its expandability and adaptability as their needs change over time. The Horizon Evolution HD is perfectly designed to bridge the gap between three major markets – Financial/EMV card issuance, Telecom/GSM card issuance, and Secure government ID card issuance. The built-in flexibility of this one solution allows for seamless customization across markets.
ImageMaster S-18
The fastest high-quality printer on the market today, the ImageMaster S-18 monochrome thermal printer allows users to personalize cards for customers, clients and employees with outstanding speed and reliability. Depending on card layout, the single-sided S-18 prints up to 1800 cards per hour. Designed to produce large quantities of cards reliably, consistently and without problems, ImageMaster S-18 printers are ideal for membership, loyalty and telephone card applications in bureau, gaming and leisure environments.
ImageMaster D-40
The D-40 is NBS’s latest addition to the highly successful ImageMaster product line. The D-40 offers high-speed dual-sided printing with parallel card-processing capability, in a configuration that is geared for high-volume card printing. The D-40 is the fastest dual-sided high-quality printer on the market today and is capable of producing cards at speeds of up to 4,000 cards per hour (cph) single-side and 1,500 cph dual-sided.
