Cross Media 2013 seminar programme will teach and inspire visitors from the print, marketing and publishing communities
Tuesday 23. July 2013 - The Cross Media 2013 seminar programme, which will feature over 50 seminars in five dedicated theatres during the two-day event (23rd - 24th October, Business Design Centre, London), is now live at www.crossmedialive.com.
The seminars will host a wide range of industry thought leaders from the whole cross media marketing spectrum, ensuring something of interest for everyone attending the event. Visitors will hear educational, thought-provoking sessions, lively panel discussions and case studies examining the challenges in delivering successful cross media marketing campaigns and the powerful outcome when they are executed correctly.
The Cross Media Theatre, sponsored by Sitecore, will benefit visitors who are looking for better ways to engage with customers throughout the marketing lifecycle by ensuring they use the right communication channels with the right messages, at the right time. The sessions, with presenters from Carat, Crew Clothing Co, McCann London, Sony Europe, Twitter, Microsoft and St Ives amongst many others, will look at some of the most successful integrated cross media campaigns today and will offer advice on building an effective cross media strategy.
Highlighting the importance of print as part of a successful integrated multi-channel marketing campaign, visitors to the Print & Innovation Theatre at Cross Media 2013 will hear discussions on the latest innovations in print, and receive guidance on how companies can grow their businesses into becoming fully fledged marketing service providers with print as one part of their overall offering. Ogilvy One Worldwide, Print & Procurement, the BPIF, Canon Europe, Xplor and PODi have all confirmed their places on the speaker panel, with more speakers to be announced over the coming weeks.
The Digital & Direct Marketing Theatre will address the phenomenal growth rate in users accessing content through digital and mobile devices. Visitors will hear how to integrate digital and social media into their marketing campaigns, how to efficiently measure the ROI of one channel against the other, and about the effectiveness of multi-channel direct marketing engagement from speakers that include the likes of the IDM, R. Twinings & Company, Adobe Systems Europe, Adestra, Virgin Media, O2 and Royal Mail.
Focussed on the latest publishing trends, the Content Marketing & Publishing Strategies Theatre will look at new digital products and channels to market. The shift towards content marketing by brands and how to adapt their businesses to capitalise on new opportunities will also be discussed. Industry thought leaders that include Hill & Knowlton Strategies, Group FMG, the Content Marketing Association (CMA), Outbrain and Oxford University Press will share their expertise on some of the hottest topics in the current content marketing and publishing arena.
With the massive growth in mobile data consumption as a platforom for data consumption, Cross Media 2013 have dedicated the Mobile Marketing Theatre its own place on the show floor this year, with speakers from Centrica, Tesco Mobile, Ernst & Young, adeven and the Internet Advertising Bureau UK (IAB) already confirmed. As major brands routinely build targeted mobile campaigns as part of their overarching marketing programmes, visitors will be able to hear excellent case studies and receive complementary advice, tips and tricks on how to build, deliver and analyse mobile campaigns.
