Cartes at Labelexpo

Thursday 18. July 2013 - CARTES is pleased to announce the list of machines that will be showed at Labelexpo Europe in Brussels; all the machines displayed at the exhibition have been sold to the most important label manufacturers in different parts of the world.

We will particularly highlight the series GT in different versions with and without integrated LASER.
Today, the GT series is considered the best option on the market, not only for the finishing, but also as a machine suitable for producing complete high-quality labels.
CARTES has actually developed an innovative and special technology that allows to obtain the highest performance in terms of precision and productivity, able to accommodate long and short run jobs.
With the GT series, CARTES proposes to the label’s world, a modular production and finishing line, adaptable to every need and configurable with silk screen printing, hot stamping, embossing, flexo varnishing, flat bed die-cutting and LASER die-cutting units.
This type of machines stands out for its modularity and retrofittable options, the automatic centering system, fast job changeover, the energy saving, the increased safety for the operator as well as the well-established credentials of strength, quality of the materials and extreme precision even when working at high speed.

GT 283 HFH
Configured as follows: Unwinder: Integrated, diameter 720 mm, with Corona treatment; First unit: Hot stamping with 2 transversal foil feeders and 1 longitudinal foil feeder with photocell for the hologram application; Second unit: Flexo with UV lamp and IR dryer; Third unit: Hot stamping with 1 transversal foil feeder and 1 longitudinal foil feeder; Rewinder: Integrated, double shaft and razor slitting system.
GT 365 HSFDL
Configured as follows: Unwinder: Integrated, diameter 720 mm ; First unit:
Hot stamping with 2 transversal foil feeders and 1 longitudinal foil feeder with photocell for the hologram application; Second unit: Silk screen printing with UV lamp;
Third unit: Flexo with UV lamp and lamination; Fourth unit: Die Cutting unit; Fifth unit: Die cutting Laser suitable for paper and film, 250 Watt; Rewinder: Integrated, double shaft and razor slitting system.
GT 363 FDL
Configured as follows: Unwinder: Integrated, diameter 720 mm, with Corona treatment and cleaning system at the input; First unit: Flexo with UV lamp; Second unit: Flat die cutting unit; Third unit: Die cutting Laser suitable for paper and film, 350 Watt; Rewinder: Integrated, double shaft, blade and counter-blade slitting system and SC350 label detecting system.
GT 364 SSSS
Configured as follows: Unwinder: Integrated, diameter 600 mm ; First unit:
Silk screen printing with stepless UV dryer; Second unit: Silk screen printing with stepless UV dryer; Third unit:
Silk screen printing with stepless UV dryer; Fourth unit: Silk screen printing with stepless UV dryer; Rewinder:

TFE 350
Configured as follows: Unwinder: Integrated, diameter 600 mm ; Conveyor belt; Kiss-cutting system on the front and the back of the material; Longitudinal slitting system with blade and counter-blade.
L360/350 RF D
Laser to die cut paper and film, double source 350 W + 350 W Configured as follows: Lamination unit; Cut-on-the-fly;
Centring system on the axis Y; Suction device for waste; Razor slitting system; Longitudinal cut/kiss-cut on the rear of the material/label; Additional rewinding shaft.
CE 152 FE LE
Configured as follows: Unwinder: Integrated, with overprinting photocell; First unit: Hot stamping; Second unit: Hot stamping; Third unit: Laser die cutting 100 Watt; Rewinder: integrated.
