SINAPSE SHOTS Sheetfed Simulator used at WORLDSKILLS

Friday 21. June 2013 - Sinapse is proud to announce the choice of our Sheetfed offset simulator SHOTS for the 3rd time as an evaluation tool for the WorldSkills 2013 Print Media competition to be held in Leipzig July 2-7, 2013.

In order to allow all contestants more “printing time” and to be able to assess a wider range of skills, the competition will
now include 7 SHOTS Training Simulators from Sinapse Print Simulators as well as 2 Heidelberg SM 52 presses.
The simulator was first used at Worldskills 2009 in Calgary. Since that date, cooperation between Sinapse and Heidelberg has ensured that the competitors have the same user interface on both press and simulator (SM52).
New for 2013 :
an X Rite densitometer interface will be available in the simulator, similar to the X Rite densitometers used for the color control on the press.
