Autobond generates sales and leads at North Print and Pack 2013

Thursday 30. May 2013 - Autobond, the UK-based laminator and digital inkjet spot UV manufacturer, enjoyed a successful North Print and Pack 2013, making two sales of its new B2 entry level Micro 52 laminator. The company also received a number of leads for its Micro 52 laminator with in-line digital spot UV machine - the Micro 52 SD TP with 52 SUV - which was being showcased in the UK for the very first time since it launched at drupa 2012.

The Derbyshire-based company’s innovative digital inkjet spot UV technology has been attracting worldwide interest from customers since its launch in 2011, with its capability to apply stunning gloss effects over matt film on short runs of business cards, book covers, brochures and more – helping customers to stand out. This was demonstrated at the Autobond stand, where print was laminated and spot UV varnished for the full duration of the show.
John Gilmore, Managing Director of Autobond, comments, “Our stand was beside the entrance, so we met lots of new and existing customers from all over the UK and Ireland. Our B2 digital inkjet spot UV machine definitely impressed the visitors to our stand, so we should sell many more in the coming months.”
Gilmore continues, “The best thing about North Print being in Harrogate is that the town is small enough for the exhibition to take it over, so you get to catch-up with people from the industry after-hours in the pubs and restaurants. Exhibiting at North Print again has been very worthwhile for Autobond.
