During Converflex (booth B29-C28), the next exhibition for the converting industry in Milan, in addition to show the improvements made to our wide range of equipments for the sector on a demo machine, we will present the new and innovative pneumatic brake EXtreme.
EXtreme is the result of years of experience in the converting industry and the continuous researches made by our R&D office, that has introduced and tested innovative and unique materials to obtain the best performance that EXtreme is able to provide.
EXtreme, designed in cooperation with the Engineering Department of University by using the most sophisticated calculation software and the best engineering, borns to satisfy the requests of an increasingly demanding market.
Fully patented, both in design and operation principle, it represents a new era in the industrial brake applications; EXtreme guarantees high performance in compact dimensions and a longest pads life span than all brakes on the market.
All brake details have been studied and designed taking care to all the minimal particulars to guarantee unmatched performance and to satisfy all customers’ requirements.
The latest generation self-ventilated and canalized flow disc guarantees an high cooling of all the critical areas of the brake, ensuring quality and regularity during all the working cycle.
The aluminium housing has been designed to guarantee an high heat dissipation and to facilitate the pads control to the operator, without dismantling the entire brake.
The pads, absolutely asbestos free, have been designed selecting compounds that guarantee elevated performance and long life span.
All these important details have been studied and designed taking care of the respect for the environment and the operator’s health.
