Classic UV or LED – Hönle offers efficient curing solutions for best printing quailty.

Thursday 02. May 2013 - From June 25th to 29th UV specialist Dr. Hönle AG present their latest products for inkjet printing at Fespa digital. The scope spreads from high-efficient UV curing units to trendsetting LED technology.

jetCure
World market leader Hönle again show their unique competence in UV curing for wide-format inkjet printing. The products of the innovative jetCure-series permit excellent curing and enhanced printing results – even at high speeds.
jetCure units are equipped with cold mirror refelctors for temperature sensitive materials and available with lamp spectra which are exactly ad- justed to the ink. All units can be supplied in the process-related lengths. jetCure – as customized as possible!
LED Powerline
Highly efficient: LED units by Hönle are perfectly suitable for pinning and final curing applications. Their small dimensions and low weight allow integration even in smallest gaps.
The LED Powerline products permit a high-intensive UV irradiation. They are available in different exposure widths and wavelengths and can thus be perfectly matched to any application. Due to its great success Hönle have kept on developing the LED powerline, always in close cooperation with the users. Thus, the product line offers a multi- tude of process oriented versions:

LED Controler
Hönle also manufactures the best control solutions for LED curing. The LED Controler is a compact and efficient supply and control module. According to the application, several modules can be combined to drive bigger LED units. Comprehensive diagnostics are self-evident. If required, the LED controler is available with an extended visualization display, which offers an overview over the actual operating mode of each LED array.
LED powerdrive
For the LED powerdrive no integration is necessary: just plug & play – and the LED powerdrive shows its numerous special features, as a very simple handling, a clear display and an intelligent power control.
Perfect: The LED powerdrive disposes diverse interfaces for external control.
