PaperlinX Board Changes

Tuesday 16. April 2013 - The Board of Directors of PaperlinX Limited ('PaperlinX') are pleased to announce that Mr Robert Kaye SC has been elected Chairman of the Company.

Mr Kaye was appointed to the Board of PaperlinX in September 2012 as a non-executive director. He is a Senior Counsel in NSW who has given legal and strategic advice and acted for many public and private financial institutions and commercial enterprises.
The former Chairman Mr Michael Barker will remain as a non-executive director of PaperlinX. He is currently the Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee and in addition will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration and HR Committee. Mr Andrew Price also continues in his role as Executive Director.
