New GIDUE Master M5 in LLC “Polygraph-Service” Lipetsk Russia!
Monday 25. February 2013 - LLC "Polygraph-Service", Lipetsk, Russia is a dynamic developing company with the application of innovation technologies (modern technologies HD Flex), organized in 2001.
The company is equipped by GIDUE Intelligent Combat Installed in year 2008 and modern park of equipment which is modernized annually.
In September, 2012 the specialists of Nuova GIDUE company together with the Russian colleagues from GIDUE RUS has made the successful installation of a new printing press Master M5 430 8 UV flexo colours in Lipetsk.
This printing press has the fully servo drive, cool cylinders of double diameter for the work with practically unlimited list of printable materials (including the tapes from 12 micron). Also the following systems of automatic printing process are installed on a new Master M5 optionally: Print Tutor is for the automatic drive at the start and working of the printing press, Quick Cut system for the total automatic waste removal not demanding the participation of the operator and patented GIDUE module of high speed SnowBall system. The complete set has been selected in order to reduce man-hour and wastes needed for the adjusting of the printing complex.
Plate washer system has been delivered and installed together with the printing press. The use of this device in comparison with the manual washer lets to save time of the stuff, providing a high quality of the cleaning and safety of the forms and also reduces the solvent’s consumption.
The director of the printing house Mr Pakhomov M.S. makes the following comments: “The work on a new printing complex will give us a great competitive advantage and will allow to extend printing house’s possibilities due to the work with unlimited range of materials and additional processing.
