RR Donnelley Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

Monday 14. January 2013 - R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company (Nasdaq:RRD) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share.

The dividend is payable March 1, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 25, 2013
