Rexam: Directorate change

Friday 14. December 2012 - Rexam PLC, the global consumer packaging company, announces that Noreen Doyle has decided to retire from the Board on 31 December 2012.

She has served on the board since March 2006 and, with increasing commitments on other boards, feels that this is an appropriate time to step down.
Stuart Chambers, Rexam’s Chairman, said: “On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Noreen for her all her support and counsel over her last six years with Rexam and wish her all the best for the future.”
