GSE Dispensing promotes the importance of lean paste management at India International Textile Machinery exhibition (ITME) 2012

Thursday 29. November 2012 - GSE Dispensing will display solutions for automated, lean paste management under the "Be Bright" theme at ITME 2012, 2nd - 7th December 2012 Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre, Mumbai (Hall 6, stand R-18).

GSE Dispensing offers automated modular textile paste dispensers for virtually all printing situations. Units range from the IPS delta suitable for large printing operations that features up to 32 components with a capacity of 150 kg, to the IPS sigma, which is designed for t-shirt printers and users of relatively low paste volumes up to 5 kg. Additionally, the IPS epsilon is flexible to suit small quantities or samples, typically dispensing 1 kg, 5 kg and 15 kg of liquid dyes.
The IPS gravimetric dispensing systems are designed for speed and accuracy. Recipes take just a few minutes to prepare and dispense, reducing set-up times and delivering on demand colour in accuracies of 0.1g. This ensures uncompromising quality standards whilst eliminating waste and unnecessary make-ready time to meet increasingly shorter lead times and remain profitable.
In addition, Textile Management Software (TMS) enables automated precise calculation of paste recipes, storing job data and reports that are instantly available to the operator. It also further enables the elimination of waste with a return paste module. This tracks any leftover paste, which is then stored and recalculated into a new recipe when needed.
Many GSE customers have reported paste-yield boosts of up to 30 percent as a result of switching to automated dispensing systems.
